... So it's not often I fully read the updates that Deviantart sends to my little inbox.

This isn't because I'm generally irresponsible (though I am). It's really more that most of them are about spending money, or announcements that tell me something little is changing, and I don't feel I need to read more than the little blurb that comes to me.

But this is pretty damned big.

I don't make a huge amount of noise about my absolute and undying love for Calvin and Hobbes, but I basically lived off them as a small child. There were days when I brought the books to school and we sat under the tree in the back of the playground and read them aloud to each other. Those were the good recesses, mixed in with the Animorphs LARPing and the little tiger doll family.

Can I say LARPing to talk about the little imagination games we all played as children? If we pretended we were the characters and imagined we were saving the world like children do, doesn't it mean the same thing? I wonder.

Anyhow, I super fail at making art. It appears I joined deviantart right around the time I stopped drawing. Oh well. I love my devi for the people I watch. You know who you are. Maybe. <3 to you all.
